You can get it mapped. a good tuner should be able to bring down the spool time slightly. Nitrous or water/meth injection also help.

You could also fit a 0.5mm head gasket to up compression, but that may affect reliability depending on your mapper/fuel

Longer induction would reduce lag would heatshielding the turbo also reduce lag keep the heat in for velocity...

Basically the simple answer here is get rid of your turbo and stick a td04 on there.

Td05 is a 3-350 bhp turbo which is in its element over 1.3/1.4bar which would blow a standard enngine in a short space of time so you would see the same bhp on a stock engine with a td04

well its not exactly a tdo5 of the evos its a t517z and i'm planin to run that kind of boost when i get a standalone ecu with 510 injectors

yea most starlets here are stock and run 18psi well 4 or 5

Could try a billet compressor wheel in there too!

Shortest Boost Pipework you can get...

Mesh not a Filter...

Good Boost Controller & a Mapper that knows what there doing...

yea i'm currently running very rich and have to go down on injector size........ there is only soo much the afc can do :cray: till i get management that is

When you get a stand alone ecu fitted and mapped with a good boost controller set right it will have a big effect on spool times! You already have short ic pipes

its as short as i can possible run it, a/c is still in
