What bar should my fuel pressure be?

Hi everyone,

I am running a speedvision ct9 turbo at 0.95,

what bar should my fuel pressure be?

Massively depends on the car. You need to go on a rolling road or get a wideband afr guage

Standard fuel pressure is 2.4 bar

It should be set at idle wth the vacuum disconnected

it was on 5 bar, obviously this was too much it has been turned down to 3bar with vac pipe on

ok cheers, I was only wanted to if putting it down from 5 bar to 3 bar was fine? i have a jam ecu that controls the fueling, was just wondering about the pressure

thats what we are getting at dude, u cant just guess or go with somebodys rough advice.

at the end of the day u can do as u please and we are only trying to help you get ure fueling bang on and nothing else.

Does a wideband just tell me my ratios or does it adjust fuelilng aswell?

doesn't jam ecu control fueling anyway?

it will show u ure ratios.

u need to aim for 11.5 afr to be safe

or

to be super safe 10.5-11.0

both these afrs are at WOT

and yes a jam does have something to do with fueling as does the stock ecu dude lol.

but none of the above ecus have an lcd screen with an afr shown at anytime built into them :-D

and i meant jam ecu raises fueling to cope with the power it gives

yes a wideband requires a bung welded in mate.

You've asked this question for the last like week lol. Put it to standard fuel pressure! Thats what the JAM ecus are set for!

Just put a standard fpr on or set it to standard fuel pressure 2.4bar

Invest in a wideband, and start at standard fuel pressure like its been said a number of times lol

I will put it on standard fuel pressure, I was just saying for the past few days it has been turned to 3bar which is better than 5, that's all I was saying....:L

I would advise just putting the standard fpr on.. you cannot go wrong then
