Jamie5414
Hi, What would I need along with the turbo kit to make a Ct9 work on a 4efe engine? Running 0.5bar or something like that for a bit of extra power. HKS ActuatorCt9 TurboCt9 ManifoldCt9 DecatInter cooler Is what I would have to start with, what else would I need in my shopping basket so I can see what it'll cost? 4efte Injectors? Some sort of management upgrade?Fuel Pump upgrade? Any sensors etc? What would I need along with my 5 items above, and what could it be ran at (in bar) without getting mapped? Or would it just run like shit?

daniel_g
Right there is a few ways you can do this and not everyone will agree on this but i think the best way is to get a turbo ECU and get everything else that runs it and bolt the lot a FE engine.Parts i used when converting the 85, all from a GT, so if its a 91 then just get all Glanza parts.ECUEngine loomDash loomInlet manifold, throttle body & sensorsMAP sensorInjectorsFull turbo ignition system,Coil / ignitorIgnition leadsSpark plugsDizzyThermostat housingOil filter housingSump modded for a return or a turbo sumpIntercooler kitVF12 turbo kit, mani, downpipe, turbo, oil & water lines, wastegate & screamerTurbo flywheel3 puk paddle clutchThink thats it, i used a turbo PAS setup aswell.People may have more to add or say you dont need it all Its really easy Jamie give it a shot bud. Jamie5414
Interesting, It does seem that way Jay, may be a good thing I wouldn't mind a Mk1! Thanks Colin and Daniel, i'm going to price up how much the main bits will cost and see if it's worth it for me I wouldn't mind a bit of extra power
daniel_g
It doesnt cost a lot at all bud, just find someone breaking a V or GT near you and get all the bits from them.Aslong as you use looms from a V thats the same year as your 91 then it'll be really straight forward.
