Jamie5414
Hi, Upgrading the clutch on my 4EFE for when i covert it to a turbo, It's an Exedy Organic clutch kit. Should I clean up and re-use my old Toyota release bearing, or put in the new one that's supplied? I've heard they can make noises etc only 100 miles after install? Thanks,Jamie
turbo Grant
I've alway use the new bearings with clutch kits. Never had a problem
GlanzaJ
I used the same clutch and mine makes a noise already after a week !
Gainzy
The way I see it is it takes a good couple hours work to change the clutch might aswell put a new release bearing in, OEM parts are always better to use, buy a new oem one imo
fiddlersport
oem all the way because them aftermarket cheapish brands only last a few weeks and then the noise comes back
