Socks Posted September 25, 2014 Author Share Posted September 25, 2014 It has custom baffle plates with built in trap doors to allow oil to easily gain access to the oil pickup area but not easily escape under hard cornering or acceleration. Oil pressure is vital and when throwing a starlet around with sticky tyres, lots of boost and decent brakes. It's very easy for the oil to slosh around inside the pan. Considering somthing like this could well have saved many 4eftes from dieing. As a split second of low oil pressure could be fatal.
