5e colin
no NA 2OOMM TURBO 212MM and pressure plates are diferent size to
richardc9052
Go for a 215mm mr2 clutch if your replacing a standard one. Holds up to 220 (1 bar td04) and fits onto flywheel perfectly. Will need a small grind on pressure plate so it avoids the bellhousing ;)

5e colin
wow 230bhp on standard clutch never heard that 1 before !!! u sure u havent an uprated 1 my new turbo clutch ( oem ) blew at 11/12 psi on a vf10 !!!!!
richardc9052
One of the lads is running 220 on the mr2 clutch and used it for 1/4 mile 3 or 4 weekends with no slips so depending on your torque it could hold perfectly. No the standard ones seem to go after about 180.. Don't need a lathe really because your not taking that much off but it would be handy to balance! Also it costs less that 100 lol

Ollieh17
Surely a mr2 clutch can withstand alot more than 220? Or is it the 3gse clutch not the turbo?

Turbo Goose
Hmmmm, not sure what clutch i have then. Its stopped slipping now somehow. 2 days ago i would boot it in 3rd and revs would pop up to 5k then drop to 4.5k then climb again.Stopped doing it now though but might start again.Doesnt feel like a paddle clutch, it comes in pretty smoothly
