Hi guys, bought a glanza few weeks ago it was cheap cuz the rings had gone and was low on compression, I have stripped if and fitted new oem 74mm rings put it all back together wither new head gasket and bottom end bearings. Just gone to fire it up and it wouldn't start so I put the compression tester on it again and it's only reading 50 psi on all cylinders, I checked the bores where not scores and honed them to break the glaze, can anyone think what eles it may be? Thanks

have you double checked that you have the head timed correctly? 2 dots to 1 dot? not 1 dot to 1 dot. have a quick search and make sure the cams are lined up correctly. also, when removing cams did you put the service bolt in?

Yes the two dots line up wiv the single one on the back of the cam gears, and no I didn't know about a service bolt? Where does this service bolt go and what does it do?
