Braided clutch line

I bought a braided clutch line from Hel. Advertised to go from master cylinder to slave cylinder. I donthave anslave cylinder atm so can't properly test fit. But this line doesnt look like it will attach to the slave cylinder?

It looks like the L shaped end will go into the slave cylinder, will have to check whether its the right thread size.

L shape fits in master. Other end cant see it fitting the slave

So it isnt the complete line as advertised then really! Ive ditched the hard lines

From HELs description, it was meant to go from master cylinder to slave. Which in my view would remove all the hardlines? This is is the slightly more expensive line than the common ones

Teigwa imports do a hel line that looks even longer? Think thats the one i need to replace all the hardlines

How much was the line mate? I've got a zep one here mine is longer than that one in the picture

£29.99, no where seems to show the right picture for the line they are selling its very annoying.i threw the hardlines so pretty fooked lol

Theres a gap in the market for a trader on here to do full length kits. Someone get on it.

Id get one made up but thrown the hard lines away. Unless someone can tell me the fittings for both ends, are they both the same?

The line you bought above advertised to go from master cylinder to slave cylinder looks wrong, the 90° male end will most likely fit the slave cylinder but the but the female end is the wrong fitting for the master cylinder. This line also looks too short to run from master cylinder to slave cylinder.

However....over the gearbox the clutch line transitions from solid hose to rubber hose, the fitting you have above should connect into the male fitting on the solid hose where the line changes from solid to rubber, eliminating the rubber hose and the solid hose running over the gearbox to the slave cylinder.

Agreed! Trying to explain this to a guy at hel now, not getting very far lol!
