JAPFEST ticket arrived

So i got my ticket today. anyone else got it. on the back it says there will spot checks by the police.

Yeah they always have cars around the gates. At the end of the day we are all enthusiasts and should have our cars insured properly, legal tyres etc etc

Yeah, i got speed gunned on the way out last year. Although it was pretty dense traffic, so anybody speeding was pretty muppty

it says all cars must be parked by 9:00 at the latest, but i should be in a briefing then getting ready to go out in track. so will i just have to park at the back?

I heard there doing insurance checks and anyone found to not be insured properly will be having there cars impounded.

I doubt they will be pulling every single car in to check their insurance!

One year they started checking all the cars and had the whole of Chippenham grid locked!

But as said it shouldn't be a problem if it's insured properly

I heard they will have undercover officers. you will know they are police as they will be driving blue Subaru Impreza's with gold wheels and wearing a Subaru jackets. The more senior officers will also have WRC livery on their cars

Guys and Girls at the end of the day if no one is being a k**b and everyone is tax, mot, insured as should be shouldn't be a problem It should be well expected by now for there to be some sort of police presence.
