Smiler258
Hi all, seems an odd title I know but I've loved Glanza V's and gt's for a while now so decided the best way is to mix it with my pride and joy and have jap reliability in my Metro so will probably be asking for a lot of dimensions etc soon CheersNathan

mart1
Nice GTA & good choice to use a metro with a starlet turbo engine :-) look forward to seeing this build thread, my bro had a MG metro there good fun. Edited October 3, 2015 by mart1

Smiler258
Cheers. And yeah the handling in this thing is mega and it stops on a dime but it needs something quicker up front. The a series no longer cuts it haha
mart1
Have you been to Manchester minis in your metro at all? I use to go there, use to be a good club but from what I have heard not many go now.I have a mate in Manchester with a mini clubman GT, you might of seen it out & about. richglanzav
lol this would be a cool project
Smiler258
I've not been to Manchester Minis but I'm friends with quite a few that go there. Although I'm sure I did once see a red clubman dotting about stockport I'm not sure if it was that one. I'll ask my mate if he knows the clubman though... Although you don't happen to go to Trafford or Stockport car cruises do you? Yeah, fingers crossed I can pull this project off. I weld and fabricate for a living so the only thing scaring me at the moment is wiring! I'll be working on my Metro again today so hopefully see some progress and I'll stick the build thread up tonight.

Smiler258
Jeez! Sounds pretty nuts! And fair enough haha. I was curious as there are quite a few Glanza v's that go to various cruises round here Got myself an engine, box, shafts and a few other bits now anyway! Not sure on turbo yet but will buy a scrap one with scrap manifold for engine test fitting purposes etc. Will get my thread up after tea
mart1
I have seen 1 or 2 minis with 4efte engine conversion but not a metro, it should fit in much better than a mini, no room for a front mount intercooler with a mini.
