Spoon_tuned
Hi guys asking for a friend anyone using a front mount but without removing there air-con? my mate keeps saying he wants more power but won't get rid of the air-con is there away round this he keeps banging on about an arc top mount but they are pointless he needs a front mount he only wants around 170-180bhp not after more thanks
StuDoc 72
If thats all the power he wants then an ARC or RX7 is more than enough.
Gainzy
Or a Jam fmic there aircon friendly
Socks
180bhp is possible on an ARC. 100% The issue with TMIC is the soak.Heat rises, ontop of a hot engine and turbo setup in an engine bay. Until you get rolling and the scoop comes into effect. Charge temps will rise.
adzy
Jperformance also do a/c friendly fmic kits
jamesglanza
The old wepr kits are also ac friendly
StuDoc 72
For 170-180bhp. I'd be very suprised if you couldnt make this with the standard one. Air filter, exhaust, de-cat, actuator and management of some form I reckon you'd get 170 easy.

Bug679
That lad Ryan on fire sells aircon friendly front mounts. http://www.ebay.ie/ulk/itm/191744537426 I got the Glanza rad kit off him great bit a kit
ReeceGolliker
Just to hijack this, does anyone know a kit or even a core and pipework kit that I can get that'll fit with no bumper cutting? Cheers
StuDoc 72
Pretty sure the ebay ones can be fitted one way or another without cutting the bumper. Im just having a stab in the dark but if you have no aircon and a civic rad you'd probably be able to squeeze most in there one way or another.
gorganl2000
Just to hijack this, does anyone know a kit or even a core and pipework kit that I can get that'll fit with no bumper cutting?Cheershttp://www.toyotagtturbo.com/forums/showthread.php?20735-FMIC-comparisons-King-thread i'd suggest the greddy fmic if its an ep91...very minor trimming....as the core is not too thick or tallwepr smaller kit should also fit with no trimming or very minor---ep82
Arnold
WEPR FMIC for a CT9 will produce 190HP with no air con removal. I didn't have to cut my bumper to fit the Intercooler either A/C went when the TD04 was fitted. Edited December 30, 2015 by Arnold
