Splitting gearbox, any advice?

I've got a spare gearbox I'm gonna split, wanna know how to do the input shaft bearing, I've watched a video on how to do it on a civic and it didn't look to bad. Has anyone got any tips or advice when it come to opening up the box? Many thanks

If its coming apart completely which im assuming it is, as one of the bearings is between 4th and 5th, you need a good set of pullers. Its very easy to chip the edges of the teeth so a set that can get on the under side of the gear would be ideal.

The other thing, take pictures of how it comes apart and take your time.

Don't forget to give some heat, parts won't come off easily without.
