Just turn the boost up to around 5bar on your ct9 should be faster than him then mate. Make sure you've got sugar in your oil too will help to keep it running sweet!

It probably will if it isn't locked in, check it lines up, if not is there no way you can move the catch slightly? Or weld the piece that goes in on the bonnet so it's in the right place

Where is the standard boost controller?

So how do I get it to hit standard boot where it should be? 2.5k

It's only boosting to 0.2 bar but when it hits 5k revs it goes to standard boost .6. With the top pipe removed it will boost straight up but will over boost, any ideas why?

Mike at tuning developments built and fitted the engine so I don't think tht timing would be the case either

sorry for bumping up an old thread but still needing help on this, have replaced my actuator, that didn't fix it, have taken off the turbo and checked for shaft p[lay and there is minimal play less than 1mm. and I'm 99% sure it isn't a leak from my intercooler pipework. does anybody have any other ideas what could be causing this? getting so frustrating now!
