  4. Yeah mine has slammed through the block 5 times and the sump 4! One hole being the size of a 1p coin! So you can imagine fast all of the oil came out! Is a piss take, I know for certain that it will be coming the fuck off my car! And will be going management when the time comes, absolute joke I'm gutted to not even had the car a month!!

  8. it is the oem lsd box mate and is there any possibilty something got in there and jammed the flywheel for a second? put all the stress on the crank which then snapped a rod? which just so happened to be the rod closest to the fly, and it also happened after i went past a gritter lorry.
  9. I do have a boost gauge, as far as the actuator it was fine a few days ago, and could have crept up like you say! You lot haven't seen the block! 4-5 big holes in there and a crack from the bottom half way up cylinder 4!

  13. Okay so found the 'hole' in the block along with a few others in the block and the sump! Had the sump off and have found out all damage was to cylinder 4, looking at my flywheel part of it is on show is this supposed to e like this? Here's some pics As you can see part of it is on show, and when it went I was actually going past a gritter lorry and after I had gone past it went, is it possible that something jammed the fly for a second and snapped a rod?   14. Yeah I'm gonna have a look tomorrow see if I can see a hole somewhere or something, need to get the engine out really, and possibly take it to bits
  15. I'm not sure of previous driving history, I'm guessing a hard life has been had, I didn't really out my foot down very often to be honest but I did and then it did this, just confused why? Like you sat not mega speck or crazy boost, On the dyno they put a wideband in the exhaust and said it was slightly lean mid range but it was still well in the safe zone apparently it was not much of a problem unless I wanted to run more boost. But no coolant had left the engine which makes me think that the hole in in the block and not the head but I've found what looks like a piece of piston in the b
