you should have enough piping in a ct9 kit to sort a td04 route out. measure twice cut once and have a mate (an intelligent one) help work out a route. Phil

Those SPS pistons i got off browner have no space for circlips so must be press fit (or else they are expensive paperweights lol) unusual on forged pistons. Phil

maybe this your o2 sensor is what pulls/changes fueling at idle, your map sensor needs to see voltage and your TPS is on off. but if the emanage was mapped on bigger injectors it'll be mega leanon idle with just your o2 sensor trying to pull it down. so mostly likely a bad o2 sensor. Phil

so stock pistons are semi floating press fit gudgeon pins? never realised this, use to take this out and fitting new shiney forged fully floating circlip jobbies. BUT recently bought some pistons and they seem to be pressfit/ interference pins which is abit confusing to say the least. odd for a forged piston! Phil

I can think of a few possibilities, one poor injector being one BUT still I've never seen a forged piston so done in, stock ones yes, CP/JE/ROSS/wiesco/SPS never even heard of a 4e burning a forged piston through. Whatever was wrong must have been wrong for quite some time I think. Phil -
