  1. Hi mate, you didn't respond to my pm regarding the mph converter. Cheers
  2. Morning all, I'm after a speedo converter (km/h to mph) for the Glanza, as mine crapped itself last night. Cheers T.
  3. Maaad. Cheers guys, still getting used to Japanese cars. German stuff is all by the OBD port.
  4. Do any modifications to the fueling need to be made? I'm running a CT9 with decat, ARC intercooler (TMIC) with a system to cool the charge by spraying the cooler. Would I need to consider a better fuel pump? Cheers
  5. Hi Browner, What supporting mods is this ECU set up to use? Or what did the last car have on it? Cheers
  6. Decent quality spanners are a must! The is a larger nut welded to the bottom of the fuel filter you can hold iirc its a 19mm. I have just done this, and it was such a pain, but hopefully this will help. When undoing the top bolt, I held the bottom with a spanner. Use plenty of penetrating fluid like Plus-gas not wd40. When undoing the lower nut, as it was just me I did it from underneath, holding the larger nut with a spanner on my left, and the smaller union nut on the right behind the engine with my right. Then its just brute force and ignorance. Undo your petrol cap befo

Hi Guys, Anyone per chance got a Mild Steel Blitz Decat they are willing to part with? Cheers

    Glanza Speedo

I'm after the speedo clocks for a Glanza, as my rev counter has gone a bit mental. Not sure if there is a difference between 96 and 98 spec? Cheers
  9. be awesome if you do
  10. Hi Chaps, After the Toyota stereo brackets so I can fit a new stereo into the Glanza, old stereo was just wedged. Cheers
  11. Hi mate, You got the mounting brackets etc for fitting a stereo at all? Cheers
  12. Coolant does increase the boiling point. A 50:50 mixture of ethylene glycol with water will have a boiling point higher than pure water alone. Adding ethylene glycol does lower the specific heat capicity I admit, I was incorrect there. But the boiling point does increase. Increases in the pressure of the cooling system does have more of an effect that adding coolant I'll admit, but coolant has an effect nevertheless. Lubrication properties I think help for things like the waterpump impellor and the like. Also keeps rubber seals etc in the cooling system in good knick. Its not j
  13. Anti-freeze is a component of most modern day (if not all) coolants. Coolants do increase the boil point. I've also heard of using pure water on track days, but it has no lubrication properties, so water wetter and the like are used when glycol-based products are prohibited.
  14. Antifreeze and coolant are one and the same. They work to increase the boiling point, decrease the freezing temperature, increase the specific heat capacity and also to stop corrosion due to engines tending to contain lots of different metals. Pink and blue should not be mixed in quantity otherwise you get a horrid brown sludge Pink generally contains 0ATs which are needed for newer engines (type of acid inhibitor) Blue is for older engines (about pre 98)
  15. Do you have an arm rest bracket at all? Cheers
  16. Do you have an arm rest bracket at all? Cheers
  17. Hi Guys, I have an armrest, but unfortunately the bracket was lost by the previous owner. If any one has one spare, can you let me know. EP82 and EP91 brackets are the same, so either is fine. Cheers Troy
  18. Same position Tom, I'm glad I selected goods and paid the extra 4%. I have put in a request for my money back through paypal, I suggest you accept it as soon as possible.
  19. Hi Guys Bearings in my wiper motor have crapped themselves, so it currently sounds like gravel in a coffee grinder. So, need a new wiper motor that will suit a Glanza. Anyone got one in silent working condition? Cheers
  20. Top bloke. Items exactly as described, and a nice chap to boot.
