EP91 - GlanzaV - Burwash Build TD05
RichWillmore replied to RichWillmore's topic in EP91 Glanza Progress Blogs
Thanks for the heads up pal, no harm in trying it NOTED ! Ahaha Yeah we'll see. The outlet is 50mm on compressor housing and there isnt 50mm of room between the remote head lines & turbo. Its a tricky one, although it wont be ideal, mesh MIGHT be my only option. I'll try a few things out first & see how i get on with the mesh. It is very tight, got any pictures bro? Thanks -

I dont have a link pal but i literally typed in ebay; Mocal Oil Starlet. It said universal but it doesnt fit as pictured. You will need to take of the Power Steering Pump and trim the bracket down but was pretty straight forward. Good Luck -

So i bumped into an issue. Not the kind of issue im used to facing. Bascially the "windmill" Td05-18g is slightly too large to be bottom mounted. Previously it had been top mounted by Charlie but it never crossed my mind that maybe, just maybe it was slightly to large. Fear not ... I think we have a solution on its way in the form of a Mocal Remote Oil Filter Kit. Just hoping the one i've gone for is slim enough to fit between the gap of the turbo. Heres a couple of pictures to show you what im getting at ... I dont want to have to change turbo's, so im determined to make t -
Had a look at that and its just to chunky. I went with a Mocal kit that looks to be slimmer. Hopefully its a problem solver. Thanks guys

Yeah its built to be driven hard so that it shall. I was orignally going to get it painted and all clean and pretty, but i just like how raw it and pink it is -
Anybody? Really struggling to find something short/narrow enough to fit in. It'll be close but there must be somebody thats experienced the same problem as me. Setup is a WEPR Ram and Side Exit with a TD05-18g. HELPPP
-
Do you know where I can get one ?

So Im fitting a td05-18g bottom mounted, housing just blocks the oil filter!! Not sure if anyone's experienced this or can help ? Thanks

Im looking forward to some Lakeside nights. Went the other week and it wasnt bad but wasnt what it was. We used to have a couple of similar locations more local, cranfield, newport pagnel but they got really hot. Was fun whilst it lastest. Maybe you should venture down to a Canvay Island night ;) -
Right guys, keeping it simple. I have a Forged 4E running td05 18g, 550cc injectors, WEPR Ram & 3" Exhaust. Using EMU currently. Where have people been for mapping a similar setup and what power did you make? Any advice on good/bad experiences with mapping please feel free to share, Just looking for some honest feedback before i choose where im going to go... TIA

Yeah man, nice thread -
I just had them tapped and put screws in. Looks much easier and if i decide to ever change colour i can just pop the baffle back out. Simples
