i cant view it. but im guessing its something that flips your plate up by the flick of a button. if it is in that case.. your stupid if it is.. this is HIGHLY ilegal! like lose you licence instantly and quite possibly get a short length jail sentence as your... obstructing justice.. or blah blah. basicly if you put the plate up.. you could rattle through speed camera's and not get caught.. which also raises the risk of hitting someone if your going fastert than you should it majorly lowers the survival rate of the person being hit. i hate speed cameras but they are inplace for a reason! see i told you it would react. probably the primer thats causing it all! how long are you leaving it before puting anything over it?

Hmm supra's with minimum effort see 300-400 bhp.. 10k would no doubt get a fair amount of power.

dont need to spray it all black you could f**k the paint.. when you go to paint the white it could react to the black.. start to peal.. or bubble the black paint away. Best advice mate just spot spray what you want in black let it dry atleast a day. leaving the remaing areas that you didnt want touched will still be in primer.. so there will be no reaction and should allow the paint to get a better purchase. make sure you do a few coats of white as the black beneath will darken the white around where you spot sprayed!
