  4. theres always one that would say Glanza/GT as much as we all love them.. there only a 1.3 ... they aint supercars... there awsomecars.... they dont count. Credit crunch is whats up people... the value of these cars are not always going to stay the same.. its just not the way it happens. genuine sale ... thats the problem people are to scared to buy cars that go for a decent price... just because it was a woman driver... that doesnt mean it was drive at 5mph... there are things called GIRL RACERS.
  7. becareful driving mate.. enjoy it.. the real learnings started.. youll learn that everyone else on the road is a total w*nk.. your always right.. woman cant drive.. they definately cant reverse.. and that a good few folk are colin mcrae in there shopping trolleys.. when your more experienced and have a turbo car.. you quickly learn that folk being a bit of a kn-b can be quickly ignored by popping into third gear and planting your right foot. things to look out for.. Red means stop.. round about means..slow down/stop or your gona set some good air... woman jogging means slow down.. bumper

  9. Ste.. they are the exact same parts mate. but you would need the fte flywheel and so.. also if its an N/A .. the gear ratio's would be alterd.

I keep a theory and still stand to it.. 1st time passer's: the only reason they passed is because the driving test man/woman were scared sh*tless 2nd time Passer's: the reason they passed second time was because the test man/woman werent sure if it was a fluke that they done good or it was a one off... 3rd time passers: the reason for passing third time is in coresponds with the above (2nd time passer) they just enjoyed your driving and thought you were REALY GOOD! I my self was a third time passer
  11. your still able to do this... the only thing you will basicly have to do is take it to a garage so they can check it out and say its all ok. they are trying to stop the people that think they know how to do it there self but dont... then sell the car to someone who thinks its a good job.. for them to have a serious accident in the car..   16. the car had suspect pumped piston rings? lew got 185 on his starlet too. youd have to port polish head & inlet and high boost for 200
  17. im talking about running 200bhp on standard ct9. running it at that power on stock ct9 you wouldnt get that long use till it would pop... so stripp down.. search for another ct9 to do that all again for it to pop again... when you could run a hybrid all day long and it wouldnt stress.
  18. 200 can be seen but the turbo will die... and die quickly.. as its been proven on here.. when the ct9 hits 200bhp it starts smoking.
  19. 1. Guy doesnt know the mot.. obv he doesnt look at the car often. 2. Hes a lazy sod that thought engine change is quicker than a head repair. 3. He seems like a jake ball cant afford to fix it.. IE, he knows theres more repairs needed to the car but wont mention because there premature and havent broke only on the way out. 4. Battery has gone soft.. ie the car hasnt been run in more than 2 weeks. 5. squeeks... he needs a new alternator belt. 6. cv joints dont need RE-greasing... if thats the case his cv boots are burst... by that no doubt with this guy leaving it so long youll need new cv join

  21. Would totaly take the 2ltr over a 3.2 any day... the 2ltr is a far lighter engine.. on a track that heavy lump of a 3.2 aint no use.. would handle like a wheel chair on ice.
  22. They HDI's are ilegal yes.. you wont fail an mot.. as the mot lads aint so picky... you wont oftenly get pulled... but if you do its the pain in the ass officer thats definately out to get you. look great though
