  1. I went for a long drive as ive only been covering 4 miles a day to and from work witch didn't give it enough time for it to warm up(easy driving) so a couple of nights back I let it sit for 20 minutes and went for a long drive for about an hour and at first I drove it normal changing gears at 3000rpm ect then I decided to give it some beans to witch there was no smoking or oil burning I'm a bit confused I posted a video to double check and it doesn't seem to be smoking! would this be because it's had longer to warm up pistons expanding ect what's your thoughts on this? Ive got it booked in at
  2. Watch "glanza k24" on YouTube glanza k24: http://youtu.be/EG3-HVjB_oo
  3. It's oggy182 on here! The wheels look mint
  4. I haven't herd of any problems myself, I'd set your boost at 1bar that's probably what your ecu has been mapped to fuel it at! Plus you'll get some more pony's out of it and it will lean it out a tad witch should stop it bogging down!
  5. Ignition timing is to do with the timing of the spark! 10° advanced is what is supposed to be set at! it's easy to do you just need to a timing light and there are markings on the crank casing 0-10!
  6. What's it boosting at? Id say turn the boost up if your fuelling allows you too!
  7. good news kate what was the reason for changing the oil return pipe?
  8. Phone the bus company, if there is any damage to the bus they will have logged it and you'll be able to find out who the driver was or give them details of the route and time to find out! Hope you get it sorted mate
  9. No problem ben nice to meet you
  10. Do you have the plastic heater surround the gear surrounding and the handbrake surround?
  11. I've had a few pm's so it's first come first served can have it!
  12. kate have you done a compression test on the cylinders? If not I would suggest you do that before spending any money, by doing a compression test it will tell you if it's piston ring related or not! Its a process of elimination and if the compression results turn out ok then the next step would be to remove the de-cat and check for oil residue from the back of the turbo!
  13. yeah just keep a eye on your oil level it may need topping up it's best to check everytime before you go to drive it to be on the safe side ;)
  14. I've got a spare ct9 but im just trying to save you money! ;)
  15. you'll have yours back within two day's for example I sent mine on say a Monday and liam had it on his work bentch Tuesday and sent it that same day and I received it Wednesday so why spend money on one and rebuild the one you buy?
  16. Think it must of been sold as I can't find it speak to Liam_D on here, he rebuilt my k24 witch cost me £188 from what I can remember and you'll get 12 months warranty unlimited miles! He does an excellent job hence the recommendation
  17. Or what Amjad said get an adaptor maid!
  18. Another ct9 or a hybrid ct9 without changing a thing! anything else like td04 you would need the manifold to fit it and the de-cat and modify your intercooler pipe! Hope this clears things up, also there is a hybrid speed vision ct9 on ebay
  19. As titled bonnet for free it does need to be welded as one of the beams has a crack half way down meaning it isn't completely straight but its free to whoever picks it up! Hears a picture of it on my car so you can see how it looks! it is ever so slightly bent hardly noticeable. If anyone wants it I'm off work every Wednesday or sunday!
  20. I purchased a black bonnet for my glanza Aamir is a top man it was exactly as described and arrived very fast over all a very easy transaction I'd be happy to do business with him again. Cheers mike
