Blitz Dsbc Wiring. Just A Little Help Please :p
RobSR replied to 200sx-Starlet-Jay's topic in Electronics
^ yup as Kennedy said.. IN & OUT is for actuator and turbo housing -
If you need an oil feed/return for the turbo.. You'll need the fte oil filter housing.. And then tap the block to take the bolts. Aswell as the fte sump with the return fitting on.. Or you can modify a fitting onto the fe sump

They are gonna look awesome with a lip on.. Nice work phil !

BP ultimate isn't all that to be honest.. It's only 97 RON. In a test it came out 3rd behind tesco 99 and then V Power...

I had this problem when choosing mine lol. If after a purple Nissan "midnight purple" is the one you want. There's 3 different types of midnight purple for skylines by the way I choose Toyota greyish green mica metallic whch is found on supra's, that's nice.. But I'd look at lamboghini avlon grigio as that would look well smart. in my opinion orange Glanza will look abut Chav if not done right!

RobSR replied to emmer's topic in Drivetrain & Transmission
No probs mate.. It's because the only real difference in the box is the diff housing bolted on the drivers side.. Passenger side is all the same -
Gearbox Problem, Grinding/rubbing Noise
RobSR replied to Squeak-Glanza's topic in Drivetrain & Transmission
If it makes a noise on idle then goes away when depressed hopefully for your sake it'll just be the release bearing, but you also get those symptoms when the centre section of the clutch cracks/collapses/chucks a spring out etc -
you using na shafts and cv's ? If so i have a spare set of shafts with all cv's here if you can't find any

Can You Fit A Celica Or Mr2 Gearbox On Starlets?
RobSR replied to emmer's topic in Drivetrain & Transmission
Rear mount Is different on them so you'll have to keep the standard rear mount.. Re cvs outers are defo the same as normal GT/V ones.. And only the drivers side shaft is different, not both Gary -
^ well, the only real way of telling if it's forged is to whip the sump off..

My White And Black, Hybrid 200bhp Fte Conversion!
RobSR replied to 200sx-Starlet-Jay's topic in EP91 Progress Blogs
^ it's alot easier to do it with the Glanza loom, but you need all of it.. Not just the engine and interior loom.. You also need the floor/rear light loom, the one that goes down the roof to the boot aswell as the front light/fusebox loom, so it soon all adds up ! -
Awesome lol. Speaking of toyota reliablily.. My uncles mr2 has over 200,000 on and its still on the orginal exhaust/clutch etc. Only thing that has been changed apart from general service items, is the altenator!
-
Hmm seems like it's gone few a few phases.. I have the specs when it was a 4e. Basically the same as above bar the engine..., but it was a ct9 @ 1.0 bar and it was 190 PS...
-
Well hybrid lol, but I'd bet that's on special juice aswell..
-
^ from what I've seen that is indeed correct
-
3 k is very cheap for a forged v in my opinion. If I was you I would make sure of it first.. Also I can't recal wiesco ever making forged rods for the 4e
-
I've got a few specs of it.. I'll put em up when I get home later.. It does run a jam actuator
-
the front hangers on the n/a are on the standard rear gearbox mount on a GT/Glanza they are on the chassis a but further back towards the rear, so you'll probs need that modifying... Backbox should fit fine though glad to see it progressing mate !
-
Oo yes it's a must have lol!
-
^ thanks mate.. Project is on hold for the min though due to me lending my bro the fte, and then finding out it's knocking after about ~15-20 miles so don't know what's up with that which has pee'd me off somewhat
-
I've got some pics of a greddy 18g if your needing some. Aswell as HRF tub kit pics.. Also Is there anyway I can upload an excel file to the forum? If not I'll whack it on me server and link it here..
-
You'd have to have a hole cut in the collector to weld another pipe on.. Then bolt the gate onto the end of that..
-
Daves hit that on a dyno which has hardly any air resistance.. It is possible to get them to do it.. Hrf did, however not without a custom gearseat, higher rev limit aswell as a hell of a lot of power
-
Wepr makes a kit .. However you could just have your original one modfied..
-
Glanza ones won't fit with the non turbo bumper and bonnet. However you can get crystal non turbo ones that are a direct fit from toyota
