  1. could a little bit..not as back pressure which is good...i personally wouldnt chop up a nur spec exhaust..either buy one with no centre boxes or get them to replace the whole bit of pipe that the box is in, so nothing has to be cut IMO..
  2. take a day off , thats what ill have to do...
  3. thats fine..considering i should of passd my test by then aswell!
  4. yup everyones welcome as long as you donate to charity...can people please vote on the date as i need to tell them otherwise we will miss a spot!!!! Thanks Rob
  5. anyone who can think of a suitbale place, just phone them, and post what the price is in this thread,...that will be the easiest...i phoned a few today, and shakespeare are getting back to me...shite place but good track though, which means it could be quite costly ;)
  6. well they aint different, they might be picky in finding a glanza, then taking the engine out of that...even though they could get one out of a GT...depends if they are being anal.
  7. dont say glanza engine...as some people may actually try and get you an exact glanza engine...just say 4e-fte
  8. that aint a to bad price imo for a full conversion...however labour may be quite a bit, but you could do it yourself....
  9. i just phoned bruntters to get a price to see how much it would cost and its 7.5K + vat for the full track per day!!...dont know it was that much .!
  10. they most probs quoted you for all the stuff needed...
  11. coolio..so what dates then? i know ill add a poll ;)
  12. Thurrock, Essex Cheers Si. C forgot to put the link in...;)
  13. Well yup, just spoken to TDi and they are still running the free RR days, if you donate money to Great Ormond Street... Members were asking roughly how much they class as a donation, but TDi dont decide...its completly up to the club, but considering its normally £95 + vat an hour, being really stingey would be harsh... When the skyline owners club were down there they each paid about £30 quid each some paid more etc...someone even bought down old parts that they had spare and had a raffle for them, and all the proceeds went to the charity, which i think is a good idea.... S
  14. fensport do everything you need for the conversion for 1300ish + vat, i also asked toby about doing it on mine, and it was around 2000 with all the parts and labour so not that bad...imo How old are you aswell, as glanza insurance is a mission....
  15. but if he does, he will get boost creep, and i dont think he has the stuff to sort it out yet?!
  16. well if its really expensive, have you thought of doing it with another club like MR2 OC, or even the yaris club they had a day @ the pod ;)...would work out a lot cheaper, but it depends if you want it to be just starlets..?!
  17. nice figure rick, hope you can get the EBC sorted so the boost comes online earlier..;) also gaz with his 5E AWD and Mark's TD05...gonna be some big power starlets knocking about!
  18. well me and si went to a jap only rwyb @ the pod called Tesuto, and there was about 3 Skylines (which we testing for the HKS DS so they only ran a few times), 1 RX7, 1 Civic, and us, so about 6 cars ;) fully preped track, but it was £60 quid...
  19. Hmm same as my spec.... im presume your secret is the Quad TB's..? I was gonna do twin TB's, but i think n/a tuning is now pointless, considering fte's are now so cheap..! Rob
  20. they do totb at elvington...err where did you do the banzai thrash..? brunters? cant you do it there again...also where do they hold v-max? that could be a possible location... Rob
