  2. Organic should feel the same as a standard clutch so it's either a paddle as above or the clutch cover is toss
  3. If you want a screamer there's only really one way to do it and that's with an external gate
  4. I'm pretty sure it's a struggle to get them to seal, any sealant etc will be baked off with a few WOT runs Nothing bugs me more than an exhaust blow lol
  5. Yes mate if recommend it to anyone, totally changed the car . It's pretty simple if you can fabricate bud, just a case of notching the recess for the wastegate take off into the collector of the manifold, then buying the suitable tube to supply the wastegate and it's just a case in welding on the flanges that come with the wastegate into the tube. If you are confident at welding and fab it's a pretty simple task

  9. Hi all, Just gone TD04 and about to purchase Emanage blue to run at 1 bar. Any recommendations on someone to map it down south??? Cheers
  10. They are a pig to get the exhaust housing separated lol! A combination of heat and the air chisel worked a treat to shake it loose on mine
  11. Just given the car a good run, all seems good apart from the wastegate having a 0.6 bar spring when it was supposed to be 1 bar . Good news is it feels as quick at 0.6 bar on the TD04 as it did on 1 bar with the CT9 Boost controller and then I'll be happy!!!
  12. Could be starter motor, dodgy earth, dodgy +ve connection. Start with basics, get the battery drop tested or try a known good battery. Then check connections etd
  13. I'll get a pic for you mate, the pic only has one brace in it as I didn't take any after I put the wastegate pipe in. Gives you an idea of what to do though , it's pretty self explanatory fella
  14. You can buy the stock stainless bar no problem but all the rest of it is custom fabricated unfortunately. Any good fabricator will be able to sort it for you
  15. Used 12mm solid stainless round bar from the head flange and bridges across to the turbo flange. Good thing is where I've added an external gate there's a lot more structural rigidity in the collector

  17. Cheers lads The manifold is a Toyosports which I won on Shebay for £76 for the kit I know about these manifolds so I've braced the hell out of it! Modified it to convert it to external wastegate, not keen on internal gates ;)
