  1. It's 0.65 bar, was new 2 months ago. Currently it won't boost past 0.5, hence why the screamer isn't opening up
  2. You would think so! obviously the boost is bleeding off somewhere Wastegattes been fully rebuilt and checked by Owens mate
  3. But it worked fine before mate, then the boost just suddenly crept down, literally no reason behind it either!

  5. Cheers everyone Car lasted 4 days before another problem had cropped up. She won't boost over 0.5 bar and the external wastegate won't open up. So far, waste gate has been rebuilt with genuine new diaphram and seats all checked. All new vaccum lines, turbo removed and checked over, the whole pressure system smoke checked. Boost solenoid checked over and works fine. So yeah, at the moment it has myself and some very clued up people extremely confused. In the mean time new exhaust and some pictures of when she was last out about 2 weeks ago. Centre silencer is now gone. The only

  7. Nope everything's fine from what I'm told, no smoke, no boost leaks, Probably due to the massively oversized inlet, or the small air filter. Either way I'm mega happy with it, just what I'm after, so drivable and still quick enough in a straight line. Not chasing figures
  8. 238.8bhp at 1.4 bar. Full boost at just under 3500 rpm.
  9. Im not sure mate, I had to look through a lot listings until I found a 54mm filter that had the dimensions to fit in the space I have avalvible
  10. It does mate, took me a while to get it right last night Anything I jinx on this car usually breaks....
  11. Sorted out my oil return last night, before it had a big kink in the middle where it was angled to suit my 28, and obviusly that would have caused the oil not to flow freely back into the sump. So I sorted that with some stainless tube Also my sump was annoying me, looked a bit grotty, so I cleaned it up and got the heat resistant metal paint on it.
  12. Just waiting on a new oil line, then it's time to start her up on the TF. Also had a goodspend up on some detailing stuff at Goodwood. I'll let the pictures do the talking. Will be running this week

  14. On the forester forums most seem to think 1.4 bar is the limit mate, so I'm going to stick with that for the moment
  15. TF is on, along with all freshly skimmed flanges on my manifold/wastegate, new gaskets, and the new screamer. Just need to order a new joiner for the intercooler piping, sort my oil feed, and sort an air filter then she'll be running and off to get mapped.....AGAIN
  16. Screamer all done. Was zero room on the EWG side thanks to the turbo position/oil filter sandwich plate and senders. So we had to get creative, all sorted though
