What FCD is it? If its a HKS; thats bad man! You'll be leaner off boost than stock, so I'd imagine you'd be very lean on boost at 1Bar. Do you not have a boost gauge to see what its boosting then?! Basic first mod tbh mate!
What boost is that?? Can't be standard boost, probably 1Bar and if you're running that with just a FCD and no FPR you've been very lucky not damaging your engine! Plus you've got the standard manifold on, you might have done a fair bit of damage tbh mate! Lean fuelling + restrictive 3rd runner ... oh dear!
Oh right! I'm tempted to buy the HDI hot side then mock up my own intercooler kit, but dunno if I can be bothered to spend the money (silicone joiners, alloy pipes, clamps, universal cooler). Just an idea though! You running 1 Bar then?
