  1. Easy mate, take the speedo cable out the box, screw the converter in , then screw cable into top of the converter
  2. Someone can correct me if im wrong. The rods from earlier gen '82's are thicker than the rods from later gen '82's and also thicker than the glanza rods. Looked into this as I was the same when putting a TD04 on mine. Regarding standard internals, you should be fine if only going to 1 bar of boost on the "thinner" rods and up to 1.1-1.2bar on the thicker rods. Im currently running TD04 on a bar on a quad light (assuming the engine/internals weren't changed in japan before I got it) on standard internals and have been for about 2 1/2 years (as my daily). All comes down to the mapping. I will be getting new injectors (standards were maxing out) and getting a new map up to 1.1-1.2 bar and then if it goes bang ill go forged and up it to 1.4bar till I get bored n go for a bigger setup. All depends on your future plans. If you want a bigger setup then i'd say just to go forged now. Not sure of any info about 5e's tho sorry
  3. Sounds like fuel cut, had the same problem on mine when I first got it and it was standard (besides hks air filter). Would only happen on really cold mornings (3-4:00am) and it turned out to be the actuator was knackered. Spring wasnt holding pressure. Got a hks actuator and all was fine
  4. TD04L normally mate as its got a smaller compressor housing
  5. Dont think thats standard mate lol unless its an optional extra! If I push the lock down with the door open and shut it, it opens the lock so cant lock the car accidently
  6. No worries, mine was pulling when it went, not much but noticeable
  7. Sounds stupid but it aint a wheel bearing by any chance?
  8. Not sure if this is any help but my old 6 puk paddle had to be broken in for 500 miles, not sure if that'll effect it in any way
  9. Thats alright mate, glad to help
  10. Td04's are rotated mate to make them fit. You have to rotate the housings so the oil return points downwards. The actuator wont fit properly into the standard holes on the housing because they're rotated. You should be able to get one bolt to fit it onto the turbo, some people get brackets made up.
  11. Pm about gearbox
