  1. Anyone running one of these? I'm on the market for a good boost controller before my Glanza gets mapped next month This has caught my eye and wondered what they are like
  2. Can anyone tell me if the EP91 & EP82 radiator hoses are the same fitment? I'm looking into changing my oem ones for silicone Cheers
  3. Not got one fitted yet mate. Been looking into them. Will defo have one fitted before the mapping. Will be going for 1bar Looking at the GFB G-Force 2 from Tuning Developments, was chatting to them about it yesterday and it sounds like a pretty awesome piece of kit
  4. Yeah me too mate! Mods are as follows. Sadly no forged build yet CT12 Zisco ram horn manifold with screamer pipe Decat Tial external wastgate (0.8bar spring) Blitz dump valve Japspeed exhaust
  5. I ran the hi-low solenoid fully functioning with my old ct9 hks actuator setup. Helped a little with my old boost creep issue. Here is how I had mine set up There should be a small vacuum pipe that comes off the turbo and goes onto the actuators. Cut this and put in a t piece. Run a vacuum hose from this to the port on the hi-low solenoid. I also has a small piece of pipe coming off the other port on the solenoid venting to atmosphere Hope this helps
  6. This is the chap that I bought my E-manage Blue from. Legit seller and a pleasure to deal with Arrived in less than a week to the UK
  7. Hey buddy, I've just newly fitted a CT12 to my glanza The benefits that I have found are that the fittings are the same as the CT9 so is a direct replacement. I have only had the car up and running for a few days so not really had much time to test. Had a short run in the car on Saturday. The turbo seems very different to the CT9 with regards to spool time. I felt that the CT9 was always ready for boost lower down where the CT12 seems to come on boost at around 3.5-4k. This suits my driving style and I recon it should also make the car a bit more economical on fuel when town driving
  8. As above really, looking for an Electronic Boost Controller for my 4EFTE Needed before I go for a remap What you got????
  9. Latest addition arrived today. Half sized alloy radiator. Just waiting for the mounting kit to arrive. Hopefully get this fitted by the weekend
  10. Not the greatest of pics but I've got one without the hot pipe on
  11. Is this not the pipe that I have already? I had the pipe fitted before I done the turbo swap and now seems to be sitting further forward than it did before
  12. Well its been a while since I last updated this thread. Few changes have been made and still got a lot more planned The car drives ok just now but suffers from the common and dreaded boost creep and hits boost cut regularly due to this. Something needed to be done With some of the plans that I have, the car will require a remap. Managed to secure a Greddy Emanage for a good price Also managed to cut a deal with a friend on an upgraded turbo, exhaust & tial external wastgate Finally got some time yesterday to set about removing the old turbo & manifold setup. Was surprisingly e
  13. Not sure if this is the right place to post this but couldn't see a 'cooling' section so thought it was more suited to 'engine' On my EP91 Glanza, I have just swapped out the standard CT9 turbo and manifold for a CT12 turbo with mild steel zisco manifold and tial wastegate Everything was going perfectly until I tried to fit the hot pipe from my HDI fmic. When the pipe is fitted, the top section of the pipe is actually catching on the standard ratiator, so I'm going to have to change this for a smaller alloy radiator I'm looking at the most popular choice with starlet owners, the civ
  14. I love turbo chatter, it sounds awesome! I have both dump valve noise and turbo chatter depending on how much boost the turbo is producing. Lower boost produces the chatter noise and higher boost gives the louder dump valve noise. Best of both worlds
  15. Got the opportunity to purchase a pretty much mint CT-12 turbo setup including a mild steel zisco manifold, tial external wastgate and screamer pipe for my glanza Anyone ran one of these? What was it like?
  16. As above really. Looking for a field harness for my EP91 to suit an E-Manage Blue Thanks
  17. As above really can anyone tell me the correct size & ampage for the battery for a 99 Glanza V Having some issues with mine just now and I think it might be the wrong size I have fitted to the car Basically since I hardly drive the car, the battery went completely flat over the last couple of weeks. I had a trickle charger hooked up for nearly 48 hours but the car still wouldn't turn over. Managed to get a jump of the girlfriends car but the car completely cut out a couple of mines from my house Many thanks in advance
  18. Still available? Can I request some more/better pics of these please
  19. Nice one. Cheers guys! I'm gonna have another go at fitting mine this weekend
  20. Anyone? Surely everyone cant be running standard crappy speakers?
  21. Also wondering about this as I have a pair of JBL speakers that don't fit Only two of the screw holes line up
  22. Cool thanks! Got a bov so I'll run a pipe to it. Do I just connect a pipe to the other port of the hi-low solenoid and leave the other end disconnected?
