    you can put a lot of hour's into a head, i spent 7 hours taking valves out cleaning them, replacing stem seal's and grinding valves back in. kevin

    i replaced mine couple days ago easy fix, id say you had some cleaning to do. kevin re torque the 10mm bolts to 9ftlb ash. kevin

    think hes talking about the round seal on the inlet cam. kevin

    10 min job, take rocker cover off then undo the two 10mm bolts and lift off the carrier replace seal then put back together, also you will have to re torque the two 10mm bolts. kevin

    sounds like the strut top bearing is away mate replace that and the spring wont come out again. kevin

    that sound like the steering knuckle that joins to the steering rack that's making your knocking, id check that for movement and ware. kevin

    this happened my car the other day and it was the front wheel coming loose but once tightened it was ok. yes the gt drive will fit but. kevin

    it looks like a standard oem exedy clutch mate cause the stage 1 has 6 springs on the friction plate. kevin
