Such a cool car / thread. What's the story behind it, how did you end up in Japan tacking Starlet's for fun?

CV joints have different inner spline counts, either 23 or 30. It's totally random, only way you will know is to take yours off and count. If you have abs you will also need to make sure you get a joint with an abs ring. When I replaced mine I got it from here http://www.importcarparts.co.uk they have all the different combinations although it looks as though they are out of 23 splines with abs ring.

What size is the outlet?

Bump, thought I had this sorted but the EP82 version has a much smaller outlet than the EP91 version. So after the EP91 version only!

Yes I meant the bit that goes in the tailpipe to make it quieter. Sounds perfect Dave just what I am after PM on route!

Seen his for sale thread, presumed it was a modified version as he states its 2.75 inch straight through, I am after a factory version. Thanks for the heads up though.

Make sure you leave the tank full of petrol so you don't get condensation in the tank. I got a trickle charger for mine so I don't have to mess about starting it up. Apart from that get ready for every seal to perish! Since I've had mine off the road I have had to sort more oil leaks than when it was my daily for 4 years!
