Do you ever order these? Reason I had this info to hand was because I had a dash bulb out, I replaced it with a 3w off the shelf bulb from a motor factors, swapped the rubber cover over and it looks crap now as its way brighter than the rest. I have ordered a full set from Toyota today, expensive but I want it to look right, they are not due until end of week but I am not 100% what I am going to get. As far as I could work out the top 2 on the EPC list were 98 spec ones with orange caps and the next 2 were 96 spec with green caps. The rest of the bulbs are for instrument pan

Why would it make it worse just out of interest?

Lube it up, WD40 will work for a while.
-
Check speedo cable, certain it will be that.

Sounds like cam cover to me. I had leaks both sides that looked to be coming from elsewhere and both turned out to be cam cover. Replace with a genuine Toyota item, other cheaper ones don't seal properly.

I will attend, been a while since this one has had a power run.

You will need a deep 30mm to get the hub nut off. Everything else looks to have been covered. -

As long as they didn't do a course for the first offence.
-
You should get offered a speed awareness course if you weren't going crazy over the limit.

What happened to sky insurance being a UKSO trader?

Never mind found it.

HKS actuator with hi-low solenoid
DavidAshton replied to crispyeel's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
Block the port on the inlet unless you are running a bov. It is for that. -

It's years ago since I ran this setup but I think the second port on the solenoid that originally goes to the efi pipe has to be able to vent so don't block it. -

If I remember correctly you just t-piece to the hi / lo boost solenoid. It's pointless to be fair it only adjusts boost by maybe 0.1 bar. -
No problem.
