  1. Can't beat the feeling of driving a new ep home. Looks a minter, enjoy it.
  2. Have a look at Gizzmo boost controllers, well priced, easy to use and work spot on.
  3. That silver car again? If so roll it into a lake and get an insurance claim in. You seem to have nothing but trouble with it.
  4. So you have found oil in or on the cold side of your intercooler pipework? If its on the inside id think a serious turbo issues as it would have blow oil all the way through you intercooler. But you have said you took your air filter off to find oil on the cold side? Taking your air filter off shows you the turbo, not your cold side pipwork?
  5. I did my lessons / driving test in my red Starlet! Passed second time with 4 minors. Ripped the L plates off at the test centre and that was that. I was 19 when i learned to drive took me 6 months or so to pass.
  6. Mad respect to you, sounds some tuff shite you have gone through. Fuck, if i could hear my heart ticking id go insane. Hope you recover well and all the best for the future.
  7. You can do it with a T piece and an aftermarket actuator but its mega pointless, Lo and Hi have about 0.1 bar difference when set up with a t piece.
  8. No. Cant have de restrestriced 1st, 2nd and Hi / Lo together.
  9. +1 for spec 2's from me. Yes they are not supreme in the rain but do i boot it in the rain.....no. Also they give a nice squeal in the dry just before there about to let go so you know where the edge is.
  10. That looks a special one, what the spec?
  11. Just put the standard air intake set up back on, it wont feel slower and you wont hit fuel cut.
  12. ^^^lolz. even though he is a full time tosser, that is the best boost creep write up.
  13. An actuator on its own will very rarly cure boost creep. Read the below for a clearer picture of what you problem is and the best route to solve it In Brief: Boost creep - When you set a pre-set amount of boost (say 10psi max) you expect it boost to 10psi and stop right? Well this isn't always the case. A turbo will naturally boost 1-2 psi more than what you set it on initial spool (when you put your foot down) and will then slowly settle to your pre-set boost. In this example the boost is set at 10psi, when you first accelerate the turbo will boost to 11psi and will quickly settle back to
  14. Sure is, ive had a hybrid and ok it had more top end power but it doesnt give that low down kick a ct9 does. There is no way ill be upgrading again, just going to keep abusing ct9s.
  15. CT9 ftw! Cant beat it for its super quick spool and initial kick. Ive been in td04 starlets and prefer mine with a ct9 everytime for my style of driving.
  16. Wohhh where you get that pic from? I have a pics of mine in japan with the exact same background. Mine also has its og plates on and i would love to get them replicated.
  17. Im running trd shocks and random jap springs and mine rides stupid high. Ive tried spax springs on the rear and they hardly drop it any extra maybe 5mm if that, im still to find any springs that do drop it a decent amount.
  18. I remember when pulling mine out it had a load of wires that wern't connected. There was the harness, a black earth and a purple wire to the handbrake. The rest were unused. Hope that helps.
  19. I have nothing lol, didnt even learn to drive till i was 19, never been around them as a child, parents drive boring cars, i really do wounder why im into cars so much.
  20. Did you get a boost graph? Would like to see how this bine spools.
  21. Oh shit, met up with him today to get some bits off him, hope he is ok and recovers soon.
