You cant just turn it, try and turn it and it'll snap off and then you're fucked. Cant you undo the the circlip and rotate the housing away from the rad?? Funny how its catching, as i run the same rad/Turbo set up as you and the same Intercooler in fact and mines no where near?

I kept with a RS upto about 80mph. And thats when i was CT9 but dont think he could drive it TBH.

I agree they are cheap shit however ive run one for over 2 years and its absolutey perfect! I probably will be changing to a Tial when i get some spare cash though!

Mine TD04'd on standard ECU. Been running it at 0.5bar for a few months now with a lot of hammer and its fine. Wont be long before you get bored of 0.5 though.

He wants £1800 for it guys with the TTE Backbox both sets of speed lines. Laguna lip, BC coil overs. Pretty much as it is with a set of wheels and a über rare backbox thrown in. Only selling it as he's bought a new daily!

Yeah I'm hoping for 200bhp tbh it's still daily driven so need to be reliable too. My bumpers had about £400 spent on it to house the cooler buddy it was done by body and tuning in Mansfield. Hdi coolers (same as yours) are a pain in the arse the bumper has to be destroyed
