the best thing to do is put your parents as NAMED Drivers on your policy (your still the main driver) I've done this and its dropped a hell of a alot. but im still paying 1500+ when i get my GT, im 19 with 0ncb
im happy with the money, just could do with it being abit more regular. sometimes i only work for 2 days and il come out with 350 quid. so im not all that fussed!
moneys gay for me, i work casually as a driver and also stage crew at the theatre! but trying to save up for the GT its bent! my monthly income is all over the place!
today has been ok. yesterday was a pisstake, was surpossed to be working and driving down to london, but the day before i looked at the tax disc on the van and it had ran out 9 days ago! so told my boss and he said he would tax it online and i would still be able to drive to london. truns out the van has NO MOT and hasn't had mot for nearly a year! so I've been driving round illegally for months no knowing!! Thankful its getting sorted out! just not happy that i got messed about so much.
heya dude, welcome to the forum, you won't need to do much if its an import providing you haven't imported it youself, with 19 2 years ncb you should be able to a resonable insurance quote. you should be able to pick a nice one up for 3500!
yeh ul have to go underneith undo the panel, and undo the jubalee clip but even then its hard to get it off the compressor housing. it just gets in the way of the oil filter. you could tak ethe oil filter off and do it which would give you some more room. if your air/con is in it will be abit tricky.
never bought anything from fensport and never will. oh and they come from the factory like that. and i don't care what you've beaten or raced. i don't street race and never will. just a lesson I've learn't from a Tradgic accident.
