If I were you mate Id get a new head tbh. This is the kind of thing that happened to me, I got another head, but unfortunately it was cracked in the same place as the one on my Glanza. So I had that welded and swapped them over. I do nothing but worry about it seeping, or cracking again. Seriously mate, source a new head, youll save yourself so much worry, and itll probs be an easy job for you as you sound like a man in the trade. Al.

mmmmmm, sounds like it reacted mate, always fun ^. Make sure you dust the primer on gently and build up coats slowly. Or itll just do it again. Its because of the thinner in the primer/paint you applied, its reacted with the thinner in the lacquer/paint you had on the wheel before. Al.

This has been done by another lad, only seen it in the dark once. Think he did it by putting some of that weird fibreoptic light cable stuff round the edge of the perspex on the badge.
