  5. Personally i would have run standard boost until it was all run it, and as you were that far down on the build i would have used an uprated head gasket and head bolts. It could have been alot worse mate, thats the way i would look at it. Gary
  6. Its more than likely head gasket, The chances of two sets of rings or two wrongly seated/sealing valves on two cylinders are pretty slim. Why has it gone so soon? anything obvious that could have caused it? Gary

To carry out a diagnostic check, there should be a small black box in the top right hand side of the engine bay with diagnostic written on it, Open it up and use a paper clip to bridge out pins TE1 and E1 going by the marked grid on the inside of the box lid. Then switch your ignition on and this will flash your warning lights on the dash. They will need to be counted to fugure out what number it corresponds to on the diagnostic code chart. You need to count the number of flashes there is before and pauses, for example Flash Flash Flash (1 second pause) Flash Flash (3second pause) then ba

  13. Do you mean your boost is set to 0.8? Have you got a rrfpr? Gary
  14. The trailing arm bolts that are at the front of the axle are just long 17mm headed bolts that go right throught the bushes and go onto a welded nut. The handbrake cables are held on the calipers with a u-clip and a pin that goes on the caliper mechanism. There will be a small r clip on the pin at the very end of the handbrake cable ( caliper end) then just a little further along the cable there is a u- clip that secures the cable to the caliper , hope this helps Gary

  16. Yeh the sump needs to come off or at least the bolts from the sump thatgo on to the oil pump will need to come out Gary
