^^^ they dont have to change the cams on a forged engine, it usually comes as an extra, To reach 250bhp with a td-12 you will need forged intrernals and more than likely cams with head work. They turbos are warrantied up to 1.3 bar so thats really the max, So far its a good turbo but with not many results, Also you are aware its a externally gated turbo, so a manifold to suit is required along with extarnel waste gate, uprated bov, relocated filter and uprated rocker cover breather. A trick that I sometimes use is, If the noise is still there get some silicone spray or moly grease ( not copper) and either spray or run a light film on the belt, if the noise goes away it's the belt Mines was bad for squeeling when rain was bad Hope it helps Gary

If you are looking for a decent power figure maybe just over the 200 mark but not forging it would just go with a hybrid with a plug and play ecu, That turbo kit there is for forged engines looking for alot more power, you could get a very quick car still on stock internals Check out Bildo's build thread he has a gt-spec hybrid which is an animal now its been mapeed etc Gary

It seems with some research there is alot of potential with these engines. This should be a great experience tuning this SR, This ACIS manifold might need to be a sort of back up or plan B if you like, the corolla inlet and 7A TB, will have positive gains but if there is a need for that extra bit of power the ACIS could be plumbed in. With concentration on other aspects of the engine, power and quicker responce can be achieved to a noticeable limit. Its all sounding really good and should prove these arent to be underestimated.
