  1. I've purchased the APS one so will see how it goes I couldn't find any quantum ones for a starlet :/ has anyone any experience with APS pumps, fuel pressure will only be at 3.1 bar for a bar boost pressure so won't be running crazy boost or fuel
  2. When you say press the brakes do you mean press once or pump them a few times? I've got a low rpm issue aswell while sitting in traffic car will sometimes idle at about 800-900 and sometimes even lower I'm not sure what it is
  3. Has anyone used a cheaper version of a 255lph fuel pump other than walbro seen a 255lph APS one on eBay for 60 quid was wondering anyone have any experience with cheaper 255 pumps and do they burn out or give trouble thanks in advance for any replies lads
  4. Yeah was thinking it would be similar to the 05 alright I'm only looking for about 250 for the time being
  5. It's a pity it's a lovely kit i might just stay td04 for the moment
  6. Remove a/c too it's useless heavy and saps a lot of power from them engines
  7. In the region of 7-800 euro, honestly that's a bummer I kinda wanted to get it :/ It's on a Glanza at the moment running 330hp at 1.5bar
  8. Anyone ever ran a sard k26 turbo with an external wastegate setup on standard engine? Thinking of buying the kit off of a mate and getting it mapped on emanage blue but just wondering what are the turbos like are they extremely laggy to a point where it's not worth it and will it be okay to run on standard engine with a good map? Thanks in advance for any replies lads!
  9. I ran a silicone elbow and a woman's tight over the end of it for a while with no issues at all sounded nice lol
  10. I think Apexi ones usually about 53-55mm off the top of my head
  11. Yeah if your running air filter relocation or meshed turbo with no filter it can cause boost creep I thought I had the same issue on a ct9 but ended up being cracked manifold and stuff that was making it run badly, went td04 and I'll never go back ct9
  12. What boost are you running? If anything over .85 it'll hit fuel cut unless you've a fuel cut defender or something installed
  13. Leave it open to vent no need to connect it anywhere
  14. Yeah Bung has to be angled slightly upwards I think to prevent moisture, running standard fuelling at the moment no fpr and no fcd and standard td04 actuator at .5 and it's running spot on, want to up it to .8 or a bar tho so will be getting some sort of engine management and that after Xmas
  15. What boost have you it running on? My engine light used to pop on after full boost but found out that it was my speed sensor on the gearbox it wasn't connected, get some copper wire with insulation still on it strip off both ends so you have two copper ends and bridge TE1 and E1 in your diagnostics port and have someone look at the engine light on your dash and count the flashes, there'll be a series of flashes then a pause then another series of flashes for example 3 flashes and a pause then 2 flashes will mean the code is 32, that should give you your fault code for the engine light mate
  16. Running meshed td04 on mine internal wastegate and no blow off valve has a nice chatter out of it, will be changing it soon though as going external wastegate setup
  17. Hi lads when I'm looking through owners progress blogs and parts forums I can't get onto the next pages when I click next it just refreshes the current first page ??
  18. Believe me the car gets driven properly don't worry about that 😂
  19. Thanks Ollie bit of a blonde moment there never read the mans thread properly!
  20. Wastegate is standard mate hasn't been touched as far as I know
  21. I'm running blitz decat, apexi cat back, autobahn intercooler and a meshed ct9 with no filter and no boost problems at all holds rock solid and no fuel cut at all
  22. Auto silicone hoses on eBay where I got mine, 19mm to 16mm reducer is what you need for oil return and they are fluoro lined aswell
