Yeah have vacuum going to compressor housing from bottom port on WG, and yeah heard screamer last night nearly jizzed myself but it boosted to .7 which scared the shit out of me because I thought it was gonna go bang
Sorry bringing an old topic up but I've hit a brick wall again with the car, I've went external wastegate setup wepr kit and a turbosmart wastegate, now the car is boosting to about .7 or so is that high or will it be okay on stock fuelling?
Have a turbosmart external wastegate and I tried both springs that it came with and the car is overboosting? With the larger spring in it was boosting .7 bar on low throttle and with the smaller inner Spring installed it's still overboosting a bit but on the box of the wastegate it says it's 14psi with both springs installed ? I'm on standard ecu for the moment waiting on a harness for my emb, but just want to run the car on Spring pressure on low boost say 7psi but neither of the springs are giving me this and I'm afraid the engine will go pop? Any help lads sick of having no car
There was a big one and a small one the big one was 105mm in length and the small one was 60mm in length not sure which one to go with as the chart is confusing on the turbosmart site
Bought it second hand and on the box off it says 14psi so I'm presuming there's a 7 psi inner and 7psi outer ring so would I be better off running the smaller spring or bigger?

Recently bought wepr kit and a turbosmart wastegate now I'm led to believe that the wastegate has two springs in it, is it possible to remove one Spring so I can just run the 7 psi spring and get the mani and few bits on the car until I'm going to get it mapped? Also where does the second port on the wastegate have to be ran to with vacuum hose? First to a boost pressure source and second to where?
As above says lads lookin for a good td04 external wastegate mani downpipe and screamer, and looking for external gate to go with it based in Ireland lads and badly stuck for a kit to get car going any replies greatly appreciated

Just seen a zisco extension harness for the ep91 it has three plugs on it but the ecu has 2 ? The ep82 extension harness has 2 plugs on it so I'm a bit confused is the ecu that I have made for ep82s or which one should I have?
Hi lads I'm in the process of fitting bits to get the Glanza mapped, I've an emanage but no harness and I've purchased a plug and play harness off a lad but I recently realised its just air and fuel control in the harness and he said he can add the ignition harness in for extra cost but do I need the ignition harness I'm presuming I do before I buy it just thought I'd get some help with it thanks lads
Also is it completely necessary to run a rising rate fuel pressure regulator with a 255 pump and standard injectors on a bar boost running td04? I've read a few times that the standard regulator will cope quite happily unless your running a larger fuel system with bigger lines
