Nice article/test about few fuel pumps. Supra/Denso pump should be enough for 575hp. Comparison test http://realstreetperformance.com/Fuel-Pump-Comparison-Test.html - Bosch (Inline) - Aem (Intank) - Denso (Intank) - Walbro (Intank)

There it is, now some grinding and welding again if needed. Then anti roll bar system have to think, if extra supports need to weld. Still hunting info in other tread how Ultraracing bar is connected near bushings. So if somebody have that, can I have picture:/ ? Later axle gona get sandblasting and powercoating.

Wanted 50mm cap, so can use much more shocks in future. Plan is maybe Meister-R coilovers or special made Öhlins or Bilsteins. Eben VW products can use, and I have used with cutted ends.
-
Both away and made new one, because old would be wrong angle if used.
-
Should I do something to shock supports, yes please. So cut that away, found rust
-
Plan was to buy Powerflex bushings anyway.
-
Test welding
-
Bye bye old arms, don't tell MOT inspector :/
-
Next cut/paste, 80mm away was my calculation.
-
Drilled one hole and that was hardest part.
-
Not hard job to take away.

Then I bougt EP91 4E-FE non abs axle with drumbrakes for 50. Basic mod for P7 owners, so better bushings and GT/Glanza brakes can added. First mod was panhard rod support change.

Hopefully some perverts reads this shit, one post at time, so hard while driving. And target is forged 5E-FTE engine and trackcar to street with sleeper look. Only visual thing gona be rollgage and some low profile external things. Enjoy or hate, feel free to comment

Same size fuel line in Supra as Corolla, also plug is same, Supras wires were thicker so. So fuel line gona be AN6. Fuel rail also standard 4E-FTE, no need for better now.

Time to think which intank pump to use. Here was choises from up to down. - Supra JZA80 2JZ-GTE - Corolla EE80 4E-FE - MR2 SW20 3S-GE x 2 Ended up to small Supra pump, because it fits straight to Corolla hanger and is very good pump under pressure and low volts. Enough good for 500hp little tuned Supra. Even that MR2 n/a pump is good for 245hp Gen3 3S-GTE, but aim is go over that...

I have used also Oem Toyota bolts in my MR2, and only upper bolt changed. Payed about 5 per bolt and comes three different sizes. Biggest anvantage is that bolts are thinner only middle of bolt, so perfect fit to shocks and no need for overtightning.
-
And after that wheels gona be nightmare, but very good calibers Only top paint has been crackered in my car after pad changin, those have clear cote over.
-
I installed my MR2 same looking Brembos and they were Seat Cupra VAG "oem" calibers.
-
Two layers of top coat, basic dark grey.
-
Then preparation for painting, two layers primer. Too lazy to paint with airgun.
