That motor does it for me. Nice crack in the mani. Just out of interest what does that exhaust sound like? because the pipe work looks aftermarket, but the back box looks a bit standard! Nice V tho mate Joe

Great work mate, really loving this motor. The wheels look lush, paintwork looks amazing for an early 82.

Thought I might as well do a bit of an update as the new parts are all fitted and crem. Hybrid's only running at half bar at the mo, but with the decat it seems quicker than the old turbo at 0.7 bar! Gonna get myself a boost controller and boost gauge so i can run 0.7/0.8 bar. I definately recommend this hybrid set up to any one, even though i haven't really given it a good test yet, with the exhaust now officially turbo-back (with decat) it sounds so mean when i'm giving it beans. Anyway, here's a few piccs, sorry but didnt manage to get any individual pics of the turbo due to needing it fitted for work asap: BOV with new spring (Old one was far too soft and leaked boost) Decat (Unsure of make) I've gone for the sleeper engine bay look! (Or can't afford any other mods just yet,hehe) She deserved a clean after all that hard work sitting in the garage : Anyone heard of these alloys before? Thanks for looking. After boost controller and clutch sorted, she will be taken the the 'RR' Joe.

I bought my glanza for £4000 mate. Thats roughly the price to pay for a decent one. The reason for this is they are a rare and very sought after car. On top, you get toyota reliability and turbo power! If you manage to get your hands on a decent one, you'll realize that the £4000 you just paid, just goes straight through the back of your mind. The good thing about glanzas is they do hold the majority of their value, don't be surprised if you lose a grand if you were to sell it in a couple of years time. Joe.
