I think its best not risk anything when it comes to cooling mate. Ive heard about 0.8 bar max on standard top mount, most people get front mounts when they run 0.8 bar + Hope this helps

Most aftermarket exhausts will pass an MOT. Normally only wont pass an mot if it has not cat converter. Best bet is to have a look on different user's GT threads and see what they say about their exhaust setup. Ive gone for the custom made stainless steel cat back system which sounds pretty good. All depends how loud/quiet you want it and your budget really, hope this helps mate. Joe.
