  1. Paul @ Engine advantages is the only person I trust to map my cars, 90% of the high powered starlets are mapped by him ;)
  2. Search for Autometer gauges, much better quality than Autogauge
  3. If using the 4efte flywheel you will need that clutch
  4. There are 2 just below the lip, easier to see when down there
  5. Decent pads, discs, lines and new Fluid will make quite a difference. IMO the std brakes are CRAP ;)
  6. Torque settings for the cam caps is a mere 13nm, so be careful and they should be tightened sequentially to avoid damage ;)

  8. This is Barrie Newsome's Starlet from the Toyota Sprint Series that we built the engine for
  9. Taken from Pistonheads No noise meter is needed. If in the opinion of the prosecuting officer, your car is louder than a standard car of similar type and age, an offence has been committed. Technically, yes if you fitted a pattern exhaust from, say, Euro Car Parts, it may well be non-compliant. Any modification to the standard exhaust (including changing for a non genuine one) may render you liable to prosecution. Personally, speaking as someone with a stainless system on my car, I think the risk of prosecution depends more on your driving style than anything else.
  10. We tried a set of these on one of our cars and were not impressed mate. I would recommend the 3g range that we sell as they are top quality Brembo castings
