I was lucky when i first started driving.. my parents kindly bought me several things. Mainly they bought me a x plate 206 which i modded from money i sold my previous car for (also bought by my parents)... I learnt the way most dicks like me/them should... by crashing and having to pay for it. Thanks for the replys. As for the top mounts i did look when i fitted them and they appeared to be symetrical. Think im going to have another go at getting them set up, then if that goes ok, look at replacing bushes etc. Sr20det maybe, but im really taken by ae86's and 4age's. Considered e36's and volvos but want to get somthing il actually want to drive to work everyday lol. A volvo with a welded diff and cut springs will be shit at 5am. Mitch

Dudes. Its handling abnormal, in comparison my old green N/A with its stock springs and suspension with pissy 13" wheels handles better than this... Well... obvs it doesnt, but the steering feels completely different. Stupid coilovers. Mitch

Already has a front strut brace. I took a corner questionably possibly 20mph faster than your given 50mph on a private road today quite easily. But you have to fight it round the corner. Basicaly it took me so long to get the GT on roads... i got bored. If that can make sense. I started spending loads of time learning about drifting and rwd cars etc... plus its being a gay at the minute too. Im currently in two minds, do i stick with my original plans i had well over a year ago and continue to spend money on the GT making it around 180bhp and attend some track days in it. Or Stop spending money on it (parts wise) and save for somthing else. Leaving the starlet scene after only a couple months of having the GT on the road. And as for the power result, i think this ecu needs a bar at least to unleash its fueling capabilities. Somthing im not hoping to push this engine too tbh. Want to avoid a rebuild.

Liam: ive been thinking, reckon im running too low a viscosity oil. Compression is fine, plugs are golden brown, no smoke on start up or any other time apart from when its hot i.e. an RR run. I never notice smoke behind me at all when driving and i rarely if ever drive the GT hard on the road. Im gona try 5w-40... Currently using 5w-30 magnatec. Any recomendations? Mitch
