Its crazy on the track! im not suprised he wore his discs out.. i broke real hard into the last tight bend before the straight and over shot a little.. and i swear to god my brakes must of been burning. Yeah, Advances tend to be rarer. Two tone body work is the only essential difference, all additional extras i.e LSD, recaro interior, sun roof etc etc are options.. Its best to change the log book so it is correct, you MUST insure the GT correctly i.e. starlet GT turbo.. NOT starlet or starlet GI, n/a. You change it by sending the v5 document (registration document) with the correct information on it. If you cant afford to insure it correctly (which in your case, i dont know. But advice for anyone who is to read this) then dont do it. You may aswell drive around without insurance as it WIL

Yeah dude, every car will use oil, some more than others for many reasons. The point where somthing is wrong is usually determind by blue smoke, topping oil up everytime you drive (if there arnt any leaks) etc. Typically they will use oil the more they are 'thrashed'-generally speaking. Mitch

My rear D2's are on the hardest setting, the fronts are two thirds hard. Just mess about with it dude, take them to the extremes (softest to hardest) and gauge what suits you. Mitch

Generaly i think they use lots of camber on the front and plenty of negative caster. Caster adjustment determine how the wheels self centre basically. Rears- if adjustable-tend to be mildly cambered. Dont quote me on this though-i dont drift. Yet. Mitch

Negative camber is used so that when the car corners and rolls toward the offside of the corner, the negatively cambered wheel/s will then effectively be at 0 degrees. Because of this there will be more rubber on the road which = more friction. More friction equals faster corning . But obvz when the car isnt taking a corner or banking the wheels will have negative camber, wearing the insides of the tyres. To what extent depends on the angle's. Get coilovers dude with adjustable top mounts. Mitch
