I want a flare lucky man. That rocker cover looks neat too. by the way, the reason it was going powdery is because its aluminiumoxide. Its a protective coating thats caused by the oxygen in the air reacting with the aluminium. Dont worry.. its not bad... it just looks wank. Notice your gearbox and block will be doing the same thing. N/A guys without a rev counter may struggle as the rollers need to be calibrated before beggining a power run. If there isnt a rev counter then (i think its an EMF sensor kind of clamp thing goes around the HT leads that measures revs) it can be a ball ache actually starting the run. i know mine was a bit of a gay when mike tried it last. As for the rollers... im going on them for the AFR and curiosity of the power.. Il probs be about standard tbh. If it doesnt go bang il be happy. Mitch

Colleges are unorganised. You wont learn exactly what you want to learn... From my experience any way. I did a motorcycle mechanics course and it was a complete joke. Im half way through a mechanical btec and electrical nvq. Still major jokes. But im hard to please and will pick faults with anything. If you can... get an apprenticeship. But get one with a large/stable company. No end of my friends keep getting laid off. Mitch

SSR ones are called RF-pro or firenze i think. Yeah the rotas were clubstars, silly me. Any tips on getting the efi on? i can get the top half on... but then the bottom half gets all fucked up and goes inside the turbo Blah, im just know its going to take me 3 hours screaming, biting my knuckles and just getting stressed to get this on. Rota copy them,called the 'clubstar'? Next, i found a hair line crack in my mani which in hiensite wasnt really a major issue-tryed to fix it and ended up ruining it.. so. New mani was needed; Pictured, is my new screamer along with hks actuator and a Racetech mani. Can anyone sense a colour scheme? And now ive got to get this bastard back on... Any tips? Mitch

Hiiiiii. Couldnt find a specific forum for this.. But ive had a quite from Sky got a 93 GT with stage 1 mods. Im 20, with 3 NCB and live in a low risk area. The car wwill be garaged etc... Ive been given a quote for 1551GBP TPFT.. I was a little gutted.. Should i be pleased? or gutted? ;) Mitch
