Its not funny, its what worked for them i wasnt doubting the plug and plays just providing another option and future proofing. Plug and play is good, if you know the spec and your car is similar to that, as well as your happy running a CT9/hybrid. Some say they are ok for TD04 but it leaned out on mine when boosting. Alex have you tried playing with the gain etc to try and stablise the boost? your controller can induce boost spikes

I sold my plug and play for about £400, bought a emb with everything needed for about £200 and cost me £320 to get it installed and mapped?? so for the sake of a extra £120 and a much better map which is set up for your car is not a bad deal??

The wepr manifold seems to do the trick as for the difference it would make would not justify the cost , if I was going forged I would consider things like that. Anyone thinking about mapping their car give Tuning developments a ring!! -

Reliability arrived at 9:00 at tuning developements after setting off at 6am, i didnt get home util 21:00 due to the water pump shitting its self on the dyno as it was weeping when i arrived thankfully Mike and Nick did a superb job and fitted a new water pump and i ended up with this : Must say i was well impressed with the service and how nice the car drives now. Top work from the lads at tuning development. -

^^ They normally come in 14's. Yeah they are good genuine wheels which are not fake rip offs so you get extra man points!! ;) they are quite rare to find in good condition ;) and light weight- lighter than the rota equivelant -
