Dean @RW-Developments replied to daz gt turbz's topic in EP80/EP82 Progress Blogs
car looked sweet yesterday shame about the engine, just drop the head off get it skimmed and pop another gasket on. only a few days work and get it to jae -
ruin the handling with 0 offset???? not at all liam mine handles so much better with the 0 offsets you would be very surprised the cars now about 4" wider than standard think you can get 15mm hubcentric but no smaller as the shortened nuts need to be sunk into the spacer

tbh mines a different wastegate but mines plumbed in like yours accept my nipple that vents to air is on top of the wastegate so its above the spring, if you get me? -

just a question obviously because i make these kits. from the drawing above could the pipe going into the air filter piping. not be t-pieced off the turbo housing nipple that feeds to the actuator? also i need to speak to you about these catch cans because im going to make a twin pot one that doesn't take tons of space etc that will do the job correctly. and offer it to other members cheers Dean

220-240bhp 300flbt!!! COLT!!!
Dean @RW-Developments replied to Joshua.J's topic in Other Motors Progress Blogs
good to see you got it, good laugh having a play this thing pulls like a train i quite like the aggressive look of the front tbh -
thats an easy fix tbh mij performance by us would do that fairly cheap, it just needs the flange cutting off your exhaust, cut the bend off the exhaust so the pipe is now straight then bolt the flange to the decat and weld in a small section of straight pipe simples lol

can you adjust an ssqv bov ???
Dean @RW-Developments replied to 200bhp starlet's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
thats right with the ssqv 1st gen they have an adjusting bolt in the back but it doesnt do a fat lot top tip) if you want this to make a difference the bolt is m6 fitment and all you need to do is use a longer m6 bolt. the more you screw it in the more you compress the sping so it will make it chatter on lower revs but chirp higher up the revs, have a play with some different lengths of bolts Dean
