update cars not far from being on the road now so need to catch up with putting photo's up so heres a few of the engine in fitted and all freshly painted... athena 1.9mm head gasket to lower the compression unfortunately was wank and caused me to re strip the whole engine again twice so going standard now now for the good bit i think so personally ive welded a new screamer pipe using 38mm stainless steel tube to come straight out the cruise bonnet also fitted is my custom RW-Developments inlet manifold i built with angled short runners and velocity stacks inside! screamer is now cut down at a crazy angle more pics coming soon! comments welcome Dean

if your having real issues i could modify and weld an existing intercooler? how much too tall is that cooler compared to your catch? have you got a measurement? i fabricate and weld intercoolers all day long for my job so i know the crack Dean

if you do a leak test turn the head upside down and pour petrol in them to see if it leaks past the valves/guides

so another update quickly nipped to my unit tonight to find some stupid mice have got inside the car, like a dick i left 3 half drunk 2l fizzy pop bottles in the car so they have chewed lots of tiny holes in the bottles. so when i picked them up pop was sprinkling from all angles lol just hope they haven't chewed anything else? need to take all the interior out now to steam clean it anyways few pics from the build new and sprayed bonnet hinge with fresh bolts , also see the damage from when the bonnet flew up freshly sprayed gearbox stickers looking shabby time for some new ones this is becoming quite regular for me lol more pics coming soon including pretty cool update Dean
