chris can you not just put up a diagram or pics of the proper fitting of a catch can? the original reason i fitted a catch can was because the breather i put on the rocker cover started spitting oil residue all over my fresh rocker cover. are you saying keep the pvc valve connected standard and just have 1 line in? or could i not keep the pvc valve connected like standard but drill and weld a second nipple into the rocker so i will have 2 lines into the catch can with a breather on the catch can? might be completely wrong but hey ho cheers Dean

nice work price was a bit steep on just a core though specially the smallish size. it also looks like a glued core rather than brazed? will be interesting to see results from it

the cricket/ bird sound comes from the fuel filter i think, mine does it. if were talking about the same thing lol

how sad am i making the bracket fit around the carbing sticker lol. and luke nah not yet got no money ;) so far i need new head,cams and oil pump? plus ill fit a thicker head gasket while im at it, such a pain though and the turbo seals completely went on the ct9 so the td04 is back on

some more updates bored ;) still old stuff lol my carbon backbox was leaking and generally falling apart so i took in apart and decided to take all the baffle wadding out so basically i have a 3" system with no boxes lol, after 2 days the pop rivets were coming loose again so took it back apart and re drilled the carbon box and also decided to weld a stainless steel pipe through the backbox ;) i also decided to add some of my red anodized washers to compliment my battery top was really bored so made a proper bracket for the civic rad. mega light weight too ;) comments welcome Dean ;)

i built all the strut braces, im planning on making full kits in the next few months ;) and believe me in handles ;)

mines stripped but got a false floor and and rear plastics still in ;)
