    not a fan of either id probally choose the white ones, and by the way you shouldnt need to roll the arches for that offset lol ive got 0 offset on mine lol and that definatly requires work

    this is why mines off the road mate! it all went tits up on the tgtt trackday piston rings,head gasket, and turbo seals lol. get a compression tester like the others said

    ngk and trd if you can get hold of a set, theres a guy i got my ngk leads off on ebay hes from america you have to search international sellers. a few people said there magnacores fell apart but personally i cant comment on them

    id look at usig 7 or 8 i think you use range 8 at like 180-200bhp+
